About Me

I'm Mac Evans Adenyo

Hi! My name is Mac Evans Adenyo. I am an IT professional and enthusiast. I'm very passionate and dedicated to my work. With 7 years experience as a professional in web and graphic designing, blockchain technologies and and expert in MIS solutions, I have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to make your business or project a success with the use of IT and automation.

I am passionate, well-grounded with a great sense of humor. Life has taught me to mature quickly and focus on the things that matter most; family, friends, self-awareness as well as other aspects of life that define us. I am funny, can be brash yet humble and reserved. I've been told I can be brutally honest to a fault but truly care about the feelings of those I love. I don't consider myself neither old nor young but wise to the important issues that define our lives.

I can laugh at life but always take serious the vital issues. It's why it's important to keep a perspective on what matters and enjoy life with those that mean something to us. I enjoy volunteering and helping others but don't do it for karma points, to get me in heaven or any other reasons that I consider selfish. I do it simply because it's the right thing to do.

I enjoy every step of the IT development process, from discussion and collaboration to concept and execution, but I find the most satisfaction in seeing the finished product do everything that it was created to do. Through my years of experience as an IT professional, I have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to make your project a success!

Land use is the human use of land. Land use involves the management and modification of natural environment or wilderness into built environment such as settlements and semi-natural habitats such as arable fields, pastures, and managed woods. It also has been defined as "the arrangements, activities and inputs people undertake in a certain land cover type to produce, change or maintain it " (FAO, 1997a; FAO/UNEP, 1999 )

Land is a great asset to all inhabitants of the planet. It provides a place for us to live, a place for other species to also live, a place for us to produce food; it produces raw materials for the various things we are using today from our furniture to our cars and electronic gadgets. It’s been known that agriculture and industry have long formed the bedrock of human civilization, so that the current crop cover supporting today's population has reached about 12 percent of land. Environmental scientists have proposed a 15-percent land use limit, leaving some wiggle room, but still protecting animals and plants from losing valuable real estate. Like many countries in Africa, Kenya is a country where land-grabbing is all too common. The British food aid organization Oxfam reports that over the past decade 561 million acres of land in the Global South and the former Soviet Bloc have been sold, leased or licensed largely in Africa and to international investors. It’s an area larger than Alaska and Texas combined. The trend has accelerated since 2008 when food prices spiked around the world. Asian and Middle Eastern countries have bought up large tracts of land in Africa to ensure their future food supply. Western investors, meanwhile, are turning to Africa to boost biofuel production by planting vast swaths of sugar cane and palm oil. In many cases, investors see their taxes waived by host governments and are allowed to produce entirely for export.

  • March 22, 2014 Water/Hypoxia

Hypoxia or oxygen depletion is a phenomenon that occurs in aquatic environments as dissolved oxygen becomes reduced in concentration to a point where it becomes detrimental to aquatic organisms living in the system. Areas of hypoxia have long existed in the deep ocean. There is a need for oxygen in water which allows for natural processes to take place in the aquatic realm. A noticeable decrease in the amount of oxygen in the oceans means complex undersea ecosystems and fragile food chains could be disrupted.

A reporter, Les Blumenthal, of McClatchy Newspapers, had it published by the Olympian website on March 8, 2010 that the almost complete absence of oxygen has left piles of Dungeness crab carcasses littering the ocean floor, killed off 25-year-old sea stars, crippled colonies of sea anemones and produced mats of potentially noxious bacteria that thrive in such conditions. The depletion of oxygen in the water causes a reduction in specific fish and other animals. Other species (such as Nomura's jellyfish in Japanese waters) may experience an increase in population that negatively affects other species. Oxygen depletion can result from a number of natural factors, but is most often a concern as a consequence of pollution and eutrophication in which plant nutrients enter a river, lake, or ocean, and phytoplankton blooms are encouraged. These areas of hypoxia - in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans - appear to be spreading, however, covering more square miles, creeping toward the surface and in some places, such as the Pacific Northwest, encroaching on the continental shelf within sight of the coastline.

"The depletion of oxygen levels in all three oceans is striking, " said Gregory Johnson, an oceanographer with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Seattle.

African Traditional Religion can be called or termed „African‟ because it is indigenous and handed down from generations to generations. The religion was founded by the Spirit of Africa , for Africans. It has been handed down orally from generation to generation and is a religion only practiced by Africans. African Traditional Religion can be termed or called “Traditional” because the religion , most at times as is the case, is infused with the culture of the community.

African Traditional Religion can be termed or called “Traditional” because the religion, most at times as is the case, is infused with the culture of the community. The Soul of the religion, its Traditions, is passed down orally through dance, poetry, music and stories from generation to generation. Its Body can be said to be the materials used for worship, the shrines and the temples. Before I started writing this book, I used to define “religion, as the tradition that shows us the way to our God and our salvation”. When I finally set down to combine and complete the book, I knew I had to do research in order to bring out the best and more accurate findings to my readers. Throughout this research, I was bombarded with many ideas from many religious leaders, prominent men, doctors and philosophers, some very great, some not so great. After all this I came to realize that everyone has a special way of connecting to whatever gives them the salvation that they believe their soul needs. The only religion a hungry man needs is food. The only religion a fool needs is wisdom, yet what is wisdom to you could be foolhardiness to another. All these make religion very hard to define, so I did make a string theory of all that I have gathered on the definition of religion. Before I go ahead and do that I will give you 3 examples of the definitions of Religion. Religion is:

    1. “The attitude or active relationship and actions growing out of that attitude or relationship, towards whatever or whomever an individual and or group of persons take to be of greater value and reality” ~ C.W. Kegley

    2. “The recognition of all duties as divine commands” ~ Emmanuel Kant

    3. “Religion is everywhere an expression in one form or another of a sense of dependence on power outside ourselves, a power of which we may speak as a spiritual or moral power” ~ R. Brown

This is how I choose to define religion myself; “Religion is the human way of connecting to “that” which promises or gives us the ultimate ecstasy that we seek or desire, whether on earth, in another dimension or in another realm.” ~ Adenyo Mawuli, 2014.

This ends our focus on the definition of religion now, you are also allowed to come up with your own definition of what religion means to you.

Let's work together

My belief is that the human race has set of magnificent opportunities that allow us to have effect on the outcomes of universal infinite possibilties. Be it going to the moon or breaking the sound barrier with speed or building pyramids. We have the affinity to achieve greater things, we can do greater things together.
